I'm downloading samsung PC Studio for my compaq Presario CQ56 laptop and it keep popping up in the download

Do install'

Im pressing do install and it keeps on popping up after 5 mins,

Are you running it with Administrator privalidges? idk if it will help but normally when im installing something i always install as Admin and it works first time.

Hm, my tocco worked first time.

Is the cable in properly? Does it say anything when you plug it in, anything on the computer at all?

it says on the phone, USB is something out of date [Cant remember it] turn bluetooth off or on?
