In the cat there's a thing about the rare dragon throne for 75c + 2000 pixels!

I like the idea of using pixels too but.. 75c is quite a lot for a seat that doesn't do anything apart from it's eyes glowing

I personally don't think so. To start with, it might be a bit more than 75c but I don't think it'll stay above it for long. I may be wrong though :P!

I brought it. When i first saw the item and the price, I thought straight away it was far too much haha. But as it's so much, i'm putting faith in it, and hey, I really love the badge.
The badge's title is "Ruler of Dragons"
I'm more ok with that...

sold it afterwards for 65c and 15 spaceship floor light + santa teles (so basically, made profit credits wise and just lost 2k pixels for badge - which i'm fine with :D)

I really like this - although it's pricey it has the potential to rise and become rare in the future.

I find this way better than all the crap 5c & 10c rares like crystal patch which just plummet.

In reality, will be less percantage... 75c, Allot Because the staff did it so it becomes a rare worth more than 75c. Its NOT worth buying out of mp. Last resort i will go to. 50c in trade. If 1/3 of the people buy it compared to a normal rare, Habbo would make the same amount - with a normal rare being 25c. So I can see this being quite a good business idea.

I think the argument that there'll be less about meaning the value will go up isn't valid, really depends on the demand for it, you get a badge for buying it, but would you buy it for 75c (or more) if it didn't have one? Because people that would will be your main audience, and tbh I cannot see many people wanting this, as with most low value rares at the moment, it is very themed, brilliant if you're making a dungeon, or some other scary room, not so much for making most other rooms, including the main 'rare buyers' - casino owners/casino crew

I agree, I just bought 1 for the badge and I'll keep it because I reckon not many people will buy it and it will go up in value. However the demand will be little because it can only be used really for dungeons and dark rooms, it's not something that you would like to use in most situations because its ugly. I'm just keeping it because I'm sure it will be worth quite a bit, just not many will be traded.

I honestly don't really favour it... It seems a bit repetitive of the amount of 'thrones' they are making... (Vodoo, Gothic, etc.)
It doesn't even look like a lot of people are after it... Maybe after a few months, but we'll have to wait and see. :)

Habbo are making thrones because i think they have noticed that the trading on Habbo is decreasing quite alot and they think Thrones will kick start the 'economy' because of how well actual thrones did.

Plus they are pulling stunts like this, adding rares at high prices and high pixels so less buy them. It won't surprise me if the next rare is in the catalog for an hour or something. They are obviously trying to do things to get trading going and more desirable items, but in the end this isn't going to happen if the marketplace is still there.

Habbo if you read this, please remove the marketplace. It just makes things cheaper and cheaper.
