Sandy Bridge Xeon CPU

2GB DDR3 ECC Low Voltage Memory

2 x 250GB SATA

100Mb/s Unmetered Connection

4 Dedicated IP Addresses (IPv4)(IPv6 Ready!)


how many people could that hold? (minecraft server)

128mb of RAM can take four people. Not sure about the CPU side of things.

CPU is entirely dependant on what you're doing at the time, 2 people with a lot of TNT can crash it, 50 odd walking about wont.

While yes, you could get 4 people on 192Mb of RAM, it's the absolute minimum and plugins on Bukkit etc will make this rise. I'd also save 512Mb for the host OS (if Linux or Server 2k3, if Server 2008+ get more RAM), which may be a lot for Linux but you'll thank me later on.

I believe it'll be fine with Bukkit, but indeed not much more.
