PPl plz help i fdon't know wot to do

i started an account on runescape a while back and was scammed and never went on it again
but now i'm trying to start a new one but when i clik register new user it says page cannot be displayed

and when i try to log on with my old account it comes up with just a grey screen :/

it used to do it b4 and then i did summet and it dint do the grey screen anymore i just can't remember wot 2 do :/

oh yea dude... u kno where u like choose the high quality or low quality? well under it u will see like the "signed applet using java" thing and it has "(recomended)" there. Well change that to "Unsigned applet using defoult java" then it will work i think..
