HxHD Events

The past few days have been a big success in terms of HxHD Events! In my opinion I think it is a great idea and I'm glad that staff are doing events to support HxHD and get the room more popular. Well Done Martin, Roxy and all HxHD Staff!

Naturally I was quite reluctant at first but regular Habbox Events have managed to keep busy at the same time as HxHD lately, so it's all good news that twice as many events are being churned out! :)

This was talked about a lot when I was hxhd staff and I'm glad the staff have finally got behind it and provided hxhd with lots of great events and I really like the theme too, well done hxhd staff and everyone else involved :)

Finally HxHD have stopped talking the talk and actually started doing something! I'll be honest when I say that both as staff and as a visitor, I obviously got fed up with "we're planning lots of HxHD events and competitions" when nothing actually did happen months later. Some stuff happened at Easter but wasn't really enough as it just tied in with an event which already exists. With the Hollywood thing although it's sort of recycling the same sort of ideas (game related events) but although I haven't ever attended any of these I want to compliment HxHD on finally doing something and just hope this doesn't stop months later.

To be fair, the HxHD events are more than just the regular events as there's some pretty nice looking "POTC Quiz" and "Harry Potter Quiz" which I'm looking forward to... along with The Vault, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Are You Smarter Than a 10 Year Old?, Weakest Link... and loads more. The majority of it all is Game Show related stuff which is perfect for the theme of Hollywood.

Now all we need is an Oscars Awards Ceremony..... isn't that right Roxy? :rolleyes: ;) :P

haha there should be something like that with awards for best visitor etc that people/staff can vote for :)

We planned to have several categories for everyone, as I can't remember a time when the whole of Habbox has been involved... it's always just been staff. :P So yeah, we wanted to have all those cringeworthy categories for people to vote on Habbox and then win some trophies but GM said they wanted to do it.... and now Oli has resigned! :(

I am doing a catwalk on the saturday morning , since the last one was a bit small because it was short notice im hoping to have this one bigger :)

I've noticed a lot of HxHD events happening lately which is great, good work all. :)

I think HxHD is a great place to hang around. It is very rarely that I need help in their but if I ever need help i would normally go their first.
The events that go on their during the day are great. Just a shame that if it is quite a massive event people tend to block the space near the door and things. Overall I think its a great room to hang about and chill in ;))
