I think their should be special area's where you couldn't fight, and some where you can. Like RuneScape. And the cheats don't work.. You have to buy special onlnie cheats..

If all cheats worked it'd be boring because everyone would be trying to kill you and you'd just say "Try.. Try at your own will!"

That would be awesome, have lots of people able to play (where you can choose which gang you want to join), and have it like when you have the "all peds hate you" code in :p

Then you get to go find weapons and just go around causing a riot, and running from the police...even have it so you can join as the police.

Could you imagine the chaos if it were like that? Especially with the cheats! Everyone would be flying in cars and planes and everyone would have bazookas or whatever they're called, blowing everyone up, it would be a constant war zone, fun, but it would get boring as you wouldn't be able to do much without getting slaughtered.
