no offense but it's pretty much just the same as what is here: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=702921 which is also claimed to be finished. All you did was add some grey stand at the bottom and a "model" head with no shading. You didn't even bother improving the core of the graphic with some pretty hard to see shading still and a bit of black outline missing too. And I didn't notice this before, but the bow doesn't even look like it's going around her body as it's really square.

It's amazing, like someone said, its the same as another and the shading hardly different. The bow does look square the top left is missing a pixel ;) Other than that it's good. 8/10 :) Try working on making the model an actual person like Kate or Pippa IN HABBO MODE and try some different designs.
