"Who Quotes Me" Error.

If you were to look on the User CP you will see the "Who Quotes Me" section has no side ending aka its unclosed at the sides. so its not square or a rectangle or a weird circle thingy, its just 2 lines top and bottom with colouring :D Please check it out.

nothing really to worry atm, I think they may fix it when they add the option to collapse the section :)
