It's a decent site layout. The Forum layout is very common though. There are a lot of silly grammatical errors though, i'd review all pages.

Maybe try a different background image, something to draw people in. > some here (http://habboemotion.com/resources/images/website_backgrounds/)
And enlarge the text padding a few px.
