It depends if you want to use it for ebay, for a buiness things, or sut to transfere money like donations from a site

The type of account you need should really be determined by you and exactly what you plan on using it for. If it's strictly for receiving donations then you want an account that has no fee for receiving money although I don't remember if they have one. Once you are receiving payments you can choose to keep the funds in the account to pay for whatever else you may need to purchase online, or you may decide to attach your bank account so that you may withdrawl any funds you receive.

Paypal is actually very easy to use and the only problem is that when you receive many small payments such as donations they tend to have an expensive fee which is more significant when the payment is of a smaller amount.

i surest the personal plan. you can have a donate button your site leading to the screen for customers r peple to ddonate to leave money. or if you set it up rite and the rite scripts you can make a thing to charge people for services r goods
