Clan chat?

Im pretty bored on runescape, dont really have anyone to talk to!

Is there like a clan chat for this forum where we can all go into and talk to eachother?

If not why dont someone make one?

we have habbox chat fc and #habbox-chat irc but I don't think they're used since users are in their own clans
