Hey,

So i made a new uservoice, it's basically about Habbo creating a system similar to sites like Google Mail, Paypal and Facebook where you attach a mobile phone number to your account and everytime you login a text message is sent to your phone with a verification code, you must then enter this verification code before you gain access to your account.

It will be an optional security feature that you must opt into.

Pretty good idea actually! :) I posted all I needed to on the page, so here it is:


I think the most important thing to note here is that it would be an optional feature, and therefore if you can't be bothered linking your Habbo account to your mobile; that's perfectly fine and you don't have to.
If you care for the security of your account, you'd take the extra minute to sign in securely. If you don't, then you can keep it as normal.
Good idea, so have my 3 votes! :)

Yeah i would want them to make it optional, as i could see why people wouldn't want to use it, but other people may :) Like you said

lol, I know right. I had to find it by going into the "Safety" category on the Uservoice first. Links to it just don't work for me! :P

Apparently you have to be on uservoice before you can use a link to it, someone up there said it.

Yeah I'm in Uservoice (I can click it from the Habbo.com link) and I'm a member of the POTR group... but the links still mess up for me most of the time! :P

And yes i agree, the system is a little weird how to have to Join the group, open the Uservoice system and THEN click a link :S

Yeah it's hard to share your ideas with people, which is the whole point of the system.

It's like "Please vote this, here is a quick link.... but wait you must first join this group here then you must refresh and go back to your Habbo Homepage and click the go to the Uservoice forum, then you can click my link", it does defeat the point.

Maybe someone should make a Uservoice about the Uservoice system! :P
