If the friend was into modelling, I would set up a fake business seeking young models of this friend's age range. I would then give them directions to a alcoholic community meeting and take a picture :D

Put hair dye in their shampoo, or put helium gas in a hairdryer or summin. hehe :)

what i would do is fill up a shampoo bottle with tomato sauce (ketchup) and aluminum so when they open it it will react and squirt out maybe blinding them, not sure

or put syrup of ipecac in their tea >:-)
