Minecraft servers attacked and now offline :(

As most of you probably know by now, you have been unable to play on smp since yesterday evening. I'm pretty annoyed right now because i thought it would have been fixed already :( .

Huh? I was able to login just fine most of the time, it was down for literally 10 minutes for me.
