tooth whitening kit. +10REP!

this is probably the most appropriate place to ask but has anyone ever used tooth whitening kits with good results? i'm looking for a kit that is highly recommendable. i used rio uv light and it had a slightly good effect on my teeth but i'd have to use it constantly everyday for the next few months to see good results.

any ideas or products you've used before? +10rep for helpful replies!

Crest whitening strips, i've used these and they work, it's simple also you get two strips for each row of teeth, put them on for half an hour, take them off. Do it every day until you see results :)

I'm male and can vouch for everything Alex had said I use Crest White premium stripes, and they really do work. But be careful, don't use them too often as sensitivity and also tooth translucidity can occur.

I use these they are really good, there are two types I can't quite remember the name of them however they both work really well!

Go to Whitening Studio. I've always had white teeth but to bring them up to the whitest they can get I got this as a birthday present. They whiten the teeth with peroxide then you have to do 5 home whitening sessions. 2 x 20 minute intervals a night to paint the inner layer of the teeth. Now my teeth come up A1 :)
