SMStoPayPal is just about here, we have now completed about 75% of the system and website. We are currently looking for beta users to test and help us smooth out our site.

Here are the countries we will be supporting;

We are looking for around 10 beta testers for help in late July to beta test for 2-4 weeks to make sure our site is ready for September.

Now I am sure you are wondering; what is SMStoPayPal?!

SMStoPayPal is a new way to get money in to your PayPal account. People can send SMS text's from their mobile phones, to get 'credits' on our website. With these credits you will be able to exchange them for PayPal money automatically. The website is aimed at people who perhaps do not have a credit or debit card. People, with a little bit of spare money on their phone, which they want to get rid of. People, like you. Well now, with one simple SMS text to our provider, you can get rid of that mobile credit, and get the money in to your PayPal. A simple process, a huge benefit.

We can give you up to two thirds, or even more* of the amount you paid via your mobile phone, in to PayPal money. Why can't we give ALL the money? Sadly network and provider costs mean we lose some of the money straight away.

How many times has this brand been passed around?

There isn't a market for this. Your customers are probably those without a bank account/credit card, which is normally translated to minors/under 18's - who aren't allowed a PayPal account anyway.

Can you let me know who your target market is?

there is no target and any one can have paypal Account and if you wanna buy stuff that dont accept SMS this is good option for you and beta testers are wanted and can earn self money and you dont need bank account for paypal

Most people have a credit/debit card anyway. Plus, with the rates so high, people are better off obtaining disposable or top-up debit cards.

So, basically your going to charge us extra on our contract to beta test your site, then when it goes wrong say 'Oh i'm sorry' then do nothing about it, your system looks terrible, and buggy.

I would like to point some things out that you need to consider.

- Do you have a budget to spend to get the website up?
- SSL Certificate?
- Do you have a decent usersystem?
- Can you give the customer the majority of the cash?
- Do you have a 'kitty' to fund the service - as you won't get the mobile payment money instantly

- Legally speaking, you need an SSL cert to secure the user's personal data in transition.

Are you registered with the FLA?

There were people interested in investing at the time - there were no investors in though when it slowly stopped.

You need SSL. And you obviously do not know what you're doing as you're going about the whole thing the wrong way. If you knew what you were doing, for one you wouldn't be talking to people on here the way that you are. And two, you would have some more professionalism about your selves.

This has had like loads of owners im sure. Im not keen on the idea, so im not going to be a beta tester, in my eyes no-one knows what they are doing hence the ownership is so poor.

Kind of annoyed I was invited for beta, signed up, then couldnt get in with my pass, nowhere to reset it, tried 3 times and im now IP banned, fun times.

From the one time I got it, it looks terrible and the rates are terrible

I remember one being pay £9 get £4. or something like that.
