SAM BC HELP PLEASE!

hey guysss hehe, ok so my sam bc has like.. completely broken! im clicking play on songs and its being a abolute sillybilly. ha! the bar which moves along sayin how much of the song has been played.. doesnt move! and its so annoying. also my mic on sam is broken, but it works perfectly on skype and msn. my volume also says its got 'no audio output device installed' its so confusing.. because i can still hear the hxl radio when i tune in, i can hear people on skype.. its basically normal! but just on sam bc it dont do anything i cant hear the songs and they dont play. idk if this is my laptop, or if it's sam bc playing up.. anyone got any advice or help?! thankss(:!xx

Is this happening every time or just now when you've started it?

I think it's caused when SAM can't find your soundcard, try the following :)

1) Restart your PC then restart SAM (If this is happening every time then ignore this)

2) Go to CONFIG > AUDIO MIXER PIPELINE > MAIN OUT > OUTPUT DRIVER > and check that your sound card is displayed

If neither of them work I'll have a look for more solutions :P
