Subscribed Threads with New Posts

On the module in the UserCP, there is no quick link to go straight to the latest post, which it used to have.
But in the forum category where the thread is, the quick link shows.

Just to clarify the quick link I mean, is the little green arrow.

Is this a change that was made, or is this a bug? does this happen to anyone else?

It's there for my Subscribed Forums, so I don't see why it shouldn't be on the Subscribed Threads.

I'm not sure because I don't have any subscribed threads with new posts. I'll subscribe to a popular thread and see :P.
