Need help with Wordpress

Hi, I'm setting up a website with a similar concept to the Rate My Teachers website. You can search, submit reviews & ratings, etc. I've used Wordpress before, but I'm struggling to think how I would get it to work with a concept like Rate My Teachers.

Can anyone offer me any advice?
