Habboards.net is a new un-official habbo related fansite,
it is mainly going to be based on the forum.

Hi, im Kieron, this is my 1st attempt at making a fansite,
i have worked on a few fansites and lately i worked on 3 and
after some of them closing down, i decided to make my own.

I have made this site mainly for something todo in my spare time,
addmitedly im not great with things like this and this is my 1st time working on a cpanel so
more likely then not there will be errors, but please let me know where they are and i will look into it.

At the moment there is only a forum up,
I do plan on getting a main page shortly...

Anyways,
Please tell me what you think so far...
Note: I keep changing the background :P & the banner is getting sorted tommorow :P

I Will be looking for Managers and Staff and if that interests anyone please contact me via [email protected]

The main launch is next weekend(July 2nd) and i will open with a giverway!

If you go view the forum now, you may notice staff forums etc, as, as your reading this im probably playing about on admin panel xD (there is still loads for me to do, but i thought may as well open it as soon as i can... purely because i can ;))

Yeah is a little blue haha, i just didnt like the original background :P
and err yeah its basically just a forum at the moment,and as i say im not great with this stuff but making slow progress ;)

You should really get vBulletin, if you have the cash to spare. But well, the skin looks great.

I don't have enough money at the moment, well I do, but with all respect, a brand new site doesent need vB, and I have better things to spend that much amount of money on xD
Though... I do plan on getting vBulletin eventually, but not right now :)

I used MyBB when I had a site and I didn't see the need for vB at all :P.

Yeah, but you know, vb is more user-friendly, and you can directly add add-ons to it, unlike mybb, where you have to go to the cp itself :l

yeah, vB is better, but is not needed really for a new fansite just starting hehe ;)

sounds even more familiar to previous sites like habboards.co.uk aswell, which also closed, i used the name as its perfect for a site which will be based mostly around a forum.

Like you said, old fansite? So what if it sounds familliar it clearly isn't anying like your fansite give the guy a chance. If his website is forum based (oh wait, it is) he may aswell pick a forum based name.

Well you're obviously changing the 'whole forum incl. banners and background' for a reason? :P

Banner has been changed and will only change when max[Graphics Manager] wants a new one, or the GM team decided they want a different one & the Bg has been changed several times already
