Well, It started to come to me i was putting on too much fat a few weeks ago, I tryed to do more swimming, biking, running ect but i get so tired, So now this forum is open i thougt i could come here for a bit of help.
I was 7.5stone a few weeks ago and now i am 7stone. I am aimming for about 5.5 / 6stone, As i am rather tall for my age ( im 11 so it is a bit of a high wight and hence my bad spelling ),Could everone post some tips on how to get to my goal ? So far i have found out 5mins of sit ups a day and drinking more water
is ment to be good, Anyone got a vid of how todo a sit up? Im not sure im
doing it right. Cheers everone

Youre 11, you have a "flubby" stomach because of youre age, when i was 11 i was plump, its called puppy fat, you will lose it in time.

I'm 12 nearly 13 and i'm 7st .13
I was your weight when i was 11 and the wieght comes off on its own - trust me but 20 situps a day helps.
Dont do more than that because you'll start straining yourself - even though it wont feel like it.

Your not fat, I think that 6-7 stone is the most common weight for your age group :)
Also, don't go mental with excercises and stuff, you don't want to end up like a stick insect, and it's probably just puppy fat which you will lose in time :)

I have the same prob dude lol! I'm 13 and 9 stone even though I do about 100 lengths of the pool a week (that's quite a lot for me as I'm a weak swimmer) and about 15 sit-ups per day. I don't even eat that much but I guess, it's my metabobolism (:p)

9 stones isnt hevey, if you were in perfect shape youd be more, mustle ways more than fat "/

er.. im 14 and im :o.. *embarrsed* 9.5/10 stone :( im not fat a bit podgy kk! i do 5 mins of exercise a day and drink.......... waht ever i can find :P

puppy fat is the wieght you put on before a groth spirt, and is converted in to hieght, so your body dosnt run out of fule, at that stage if you dont put the weight on as can happen from the stupid and dangors exsorsise and diet routean some try justs ends up giving people stunted groth and bone and mustle defficanys "/

I didnt get all of that, It's basicly, Extra fat my body has kept on so i can grow in hight and not worry about running out of food/enegry to stop it ?
Does anyone know how long this can last >> tis annoying me lol

well u wont get any lighter after its gone, its stored in fat then used to grow upwards where its converted in to bone and mustle etc insted "/ Thats what "puppy fat" normal refers to that is "/

We Call It Puppy Fat, But Try And Turn It Into Muscle, Use Dumbells [Weights] And Do Them Twice A Day, Also Eat Healthily.

Lol, I am confused, this "stone" you speak of is how many pounds? (we dont have "stone" in canada) or how many kg is 1 stone ?

Once you start school, it gets better. All the walking, lugging things upstairs, and things like that. Just give it some time.

We did this thing in health, and we did an expariment, and apparently, we burn 1000 calories a day, just at school :o

On my first day of secendry school, I was so tired, Almost fell asleep on the bus, I was so tired from walking around, We had to carry our PE bags as well as our lockers had only just come and they had not sorted out the keys. Plus i was walking with one of my friends and her friend and the bell goes and we got lost.

water puts more weight on, try drinking lots of water before meals so you get full up ;) im 8.9stone and im 12 nearly 13, think about poor me :(

I think your weight for your age is fine.
But if you want to loose more weight then its up to you,
if you feel your exercising isnt doing you good, it probably is but you just
wear out easily :), have you tried eating more healthy foods?
When its Dinner/Lunch, if your at the school canteen or whatever try to pick a healthier option :)
And when you have snacks, try to eat more fruit instead of chocolate and junk food ;)

I eat alot of chocolate and stuff but i am not fat.
I drink about 3 to 4 pints of milk, dont know if tht does anything :p

If you fat just look at what your eating and maybe cut down or cut the junk out.
Do some sport aswell even though i cant really say that as i cbb to do sport!
