Yes, you are right there. We are 12+ not 10-. That is why I hate Habbo in some cases, the Bobba filter is a bit messed up.

If parents don't want their children coming in contact with swearing, break their necks when they are born or have them shot, because they won't go anywhere without swearing of some sort, especially as the Bobba Filter goes.
