None of my music will load, it worked for a few hours yesterday, then it just suddenly stopped.

If you need any more information, just ask.

All I can think of is re-installing it, as the program could be corrupt.

Mmmm, I suppose that's what I'll have to do, no one else seems to know.

If you're using Firebird database then can I suggest reinstalling that or any other database you're using.

I've tried re-installing everything, and I use MySQL.

It's a MySQL error.

Make sure SAM Broadcaster is shut down completely before going ahead

Go to Start
Go to Control Panel
Click Uninstall Program
Select "Sam Broadcaster (Remove Only)"
Click Uninstall/Change
Click Continue
Sam Broadcaster is now removed from your PC / Notebook. However, this does not mean everything is removed.

Removing MySQL

Go to Start
Go to Control Panel
Click Uninstall Program
Select "MySQL Servers and clients 3.23.52"
Click Uninstall/change
Continue

MySQL is now uninstalled from your PC / Notebook, however to be secure do the following:

Go to Start
Go to Computer
Go to Local Disk
Search for "C:\Program Files\SpacialAudio" in the toolbar located at the top of the page.
Right Click on "SpacialAudio" Folder
Click Delete
Empty your recycling bin
Reboot your PC / Notebook

OR

Go to the C:\ folder
Go to MYSQL Folder
Go to Bin
Go to winmysqladmin
Double click
Right click winmysqladmin icon bottom right on the taskbar
Click Win NT
Start the Server Standalone
Click 'Yes' on popup

Then either install using a different platform or try MySQL again - Problem Solved

Do the 1st part of Richie's post, that should fix it. Or as an alternative install it using the FireBird server, it will work but MySQL is much superior to Firebird. MySQL is much more stable, especially for bigger libraries
With Firebird, you'll basically be on your own with DB issues. You don't find many people using it anymore. It'll work, but the larger your library grows, the more issues I've seen come up.

To be honest I'd recommend firebird for most people. I had problems when trying to use SAM with other databases because It needed me to set it up properly and I had no clue, while as Firebird installs and configures itself, meaning you shouldn't need to touch it unless of course you do a lot of stuff with the databases.
