View Full Version : [Bobba] OMG! Help Please.
Right,
I was playing some black ops, and dedicded to come back on Habbo only to find that my account has been hacked. He changed the password and my Habbo ID. But the funny thing is, he didn't take any furni. Do you think it's a joke? What should I do?

https://help.habbo.com/home is what I can only suggest. Submit a request and maybe you can get your account back. Though it's unlikely. Goodluck!

If they let you they would ask you for details about the account to confirm you are the owner of the account.
Well the hacker changed the details

Details include other accounts on the id, what furniture you have on your account, name 5 friends on your account. things like that plus previous email addresses and your Internet Provider.
Well can't they check the IP adresses?

They can but they won't rely on just that for proof.
Well isn't tht a good way?

You can still access it from different locations, so they need the information
I know it's a long path, but your main priority is to get your account back, questioning their methods isn't going to help speed this up.
Sadly it is also the weekend, so expect a reply middle of next week, good luck and I hope you get your account back, and even better your furni

I am sure you can get your account back, With what another user has supplied you with, Trust me, King of Bans. But yeah they'll ask for you ip, ISP, furni on account 5 friends, (name as much a possible, a good amount, shows that it is your account, etc.) emails, previous bans, etc.

This is the perfect example of a habbo squater (a person who lives in an abandoned home for no money.) <<<Pretty much, good luck
