MSN Website - Hover method?

Alright, so on the MSN Canada (ca.msn.com) (ca.msn.com) website (Maybe on the other national branches as well) they have this mouse hover type thing going on.

On the left side of the website it has the top current news. When you hover over a headline/subject, the small box to its direct right will switch to a preview of that item. It also will switch by itself over the course of a few seconds.

Can someone hook me up with a script that does this exact thing? It would be much appreciated!

You might tooltips useful as well. Just search on google for tooltips.
