PERM BANNED - For cancellation of payment?!?

Recently I was banned on habbo for not paying my payment! Yet I contacted Habbo saying I never received my credits!! I can't believe they actually still perm banned me!! Is there any way this will uplifted?!?(yn)(yn)(yn)

Did you get a reply from habbo? If not wait for the reply. Habbo claim that if you cancel a payment you will be perm banned, idk why. If you have not appealed on the ban do so at: www.help.habbo.com and click "submit request". Best of luck getting unbanned!

What sort of payment was this? The chances are the transaction went through on Habbo's side but they didn't receive the money nor gave you the credits for some unknown reason. Either way, just email them telling you the situation and they should unban you - you've done nothing wrong either way, in fact they've done something wrong if you've bought something and not received it :P
