Is ******* bollocks. I swear to god.
First it was 24 hours, and now it's just approaching 48 hours they have changed it.
You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "a security investigation. Dear Habbo, this account is currently locked as part of a temporary security measure. Please try again in 72 hours. You also may be receiving an e-mail from us soon. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.".
Piss off.

You knew your account was comprimised so achknowledging it should be enough imo, not worthy of a ban.

aww tom. Ry's is reset but he can't get into his original email so hes snookered.
They seem to be rly backlogged. My help requests are 4 days now and still not even assigned to a helpdesk operator.

Yeah, my account was compromised and furni was taken but i got the account back and picked up the pieces. Why they banned me to investigate is beyond me. This should never have happened in the first place.
Cuase they know you smell so you had to stay of :)

but the reason for my complaint is I was banned, because I was hacked? I managed to get my account back, so why ban it to 'investigate' lmao.

Perhaps whatever the Hacker did to you're account, was really bad, that Habbo had the need to step in. Handle a few things. Maybe to make sure an Keylogger isn't attached or something. But you shouldn't complain, 72 hrs still isn't that bad, I got an ban on one of my accts till stupid 2024 :p
yeah tom a keylogger might be attached to your acc :/???

figured out my habbo account is linked to my previous email from last week, but it won't let me do password reset? - and no i'm not banned, i wasn't hacked or involved in the hacking
sigh, won't get a reply for like a week i bet :l i'll be having my vip days back & quest time extended :)

no one will be getting there accounts back till early next week at the latest, hence the 'check back in 72 hours' ban change
sigh, this is an absolute disgrace
annoyed by the fact they just can't quickly send me a new password reset and sort my account

My account was unbanned but I dont have access to my email, waiting on both hotmail and habbo to actually respond to my tickets and its been over 48 hours. In my opinion im selling up and never playing the ****** game again.

I can't see their reasoning behind safety security banning me or w/e. My account was compromised, I managed to get it back(ok i lost 2 holoboys and 2 hologirls, big woop) but I didn't kick up a fuss about being hacked. So why ban me to investigate?
Surely 100's+ habbos reported these hackings and missing furni, ban them, not me. Lol.

if you didn't lose much and complain, i don't see why you should be banned for them to investigate
they most likely just doing this to get rid of the hackers

Ok, I've now been unbanned, but my password isn't working.
So I press forgot, and then click the email saying reset.
I put in a password, then it comes up

clear your cookies and cache and try again - might be time stamp error
if it doesn't work and does the same, then its a time stamp error on your account and you'll need to email habbo
atleast you can do a password reset, i don't even get the email :/ think thats my 5th day without my account now..

Tried everything fella.
Even tried sending a CFH explaining it, for some **** to reply 'use the help tool'
The same help tool that has 3 pending tickets from 5 days, 3 days and 5 hours ago?
My account should never have been banned in the first place. Absolutely fuming.
A) Owned
B) Pwned
C) It will probably take like a week for them to reply with 'Account details' etc. Like e-mail and whatever.
