new password Scam!

Okay. this struck me over console. some n00b goes "ive just downloaded a program that i cant see your password if you type it. You should come try it. come to my room and just start flooding ur password for me". So i went with a clone and gave a fake password and the scammer/n00b kept dissappearing. i said "where you go" he said to get some furni out of his room. He only had one room :P.

Password scams are pretty dull. Because if you'd scam anyone, you'd only get someone with a plasto or something. Bleh not effective. Still can't believe scammers use password scams.

Never type your password anywhere apart from the log in box on the official habbo homepage, If you think you may have been keylogged don't type it in! use the interactive keyboard found in start > all programs > accessories > accessability. no keystrokes will be picked up from this, but the on screen keyboard can only be found on computers with XP. If you do not have XP try and avoid putting any passwords anywhere until your keylogger is gone :).. Sorry I went a bit off track there..
