Go into your router settings and change it there. It would depend on your router make where to go.

Go to CMD > ipconfig

Take a note of all the information.

Go to control panel > Networking > Network Adapters > Right click your connection > Properties > Click IPv4 TCP/IP or something > Properties.

In there put:
Address: x.x.x.150 (depending on the info you got from CMD under "Address")
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway x.x.x.x (depending on the gateway info you got from CMD)

DNS:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4 (these are Google's).

Go into your router settings and change it there. It would depend on your router make where to go.

Nope.
