I think I had a warning which expired in July when I got my trial in October.
You just need to show that you won't repeat past behaviours and stuff then you never know :)

I don't think it gets in the way tbh, I was quite busy when I returned to the department in May and thought I wouldn't have much time to moderate but it worked out fine. That's just my personal opinion though :P

Whenever the moderation department requires new mods really. Sometimes they just take old moderators who want to return so it depends on that really. :)
