Heya guys, just popping in for a quick bit of help!

I would be very grateful if you guys could answer these 2 questions for my work experience project, via PM or in here - all answers are for my own personal research, and if you do it via PM I shall keep it private

Basically, I'm doing some research on teenage diet habits for a project for the work experience.

All I ask is that you simply answer these 2 questions, in the thread or via PM. I don't mind. Your answers are of course completely private. Any questions please do post/PM and I'll answer them as soon I can.

Here are the questions:

1) Do you eat as healthily as you could?

2) Have you heard of the change4life campaign? If you have - what do you think of it?

Thanks! +rep for answers

1) Nope
2) Yes, heard of it. It hasn't made me change my eating habits but if it helps one person lead a more healthier lifestyle, it's gonna be worth something. However, I think that it's just probably just "preaching to the converted."

What work experience are you doing? I never had to do projects!

1) Do you eat as healthily as you could?
Not really, I have a high metabolism so whatever I eat doesn't really make much difference. Maybe when I'm older I'll start looking into my diet a bit more but at the minute, I'm happy.

2) Have you heard of the change4life campaign? If you have - what do you think of it?
I can't say I have.

1) No
2) I've heard of it, but have no paid any attention to it. Therefore, I do not have a clue what it is about lol.

I forgot to say, I need at least 20 people - I've also asked via BBM & Facebook so hopefully I'll get enough, but if I can get 20 people from HxF that would be great. Thanks to those who have answered so far!

Edit: Slight edit to first question. "Do you eat as healthily as you could day-to-day (eg; apple instead of chocolate)"

1) No, but I don't really eat unhealthily. I eat my fruit and veg! (A) Same as above, I have a high metabolism.

2) Haven't heard of it!

My dinner and food at home is really healthy, but I eat total junk snacks all the time! Same as above though - high metabolism :)

2) Have you heard of the change4life campaign? If you have - what do you think of it?
Yes - it's a good idea, but I don't know how much people are gonna pay attention. The adverts are cute though!

1) No - I feel that there's still room for improvement but I do eat healthily, just not as much as I could!
2) Yes I have heard of it however that's as far as it goes. I've seen adverts but nothing has ever jumped out at me to ever find out more information.

1) No sadly I don't. I do eat healthy meals and stuff but in between, I'm constantly eating junk food, but I never put weight on, I'm actually underweight.
2) I have heard of it and have quite a brief idea on what its about but I don't know much information about it and I doubt many people would care about it tbh

1) I try to eat healthily but I do tend to go for the faster, quicker option which is usually unhealthy.
2) I have heard of them but I couldn't tell you what they were about or what they do.

1) Not particularly. I don't really monitor or even think about what I'm eating. I do eat a mixed diet but eat quite a lot of chocolate and what not at weekends.
2) Yes I have but I don't really thinks its making a big enough impact to make a real difference.

1) Do you eat as healthily as you could?

2) Have you heard of the change4life campaign? If you have - what do you think of it?

1. Not really, however, I have a fast metabolism so haven't seen the side effects as of yet, no doubt I will in the future though. Furthermore, though, I do eat a lot of fruit and vegetables etc so maybe it's on the border.

2. Yes, my technology teacher told me and a friend about it in technology once, it was because we were both making childrens magazines that adults could look at too to look at tips for children such as health tips. However, my pack I ordered never came in the mail :(!!!
