How do you make pet food invisible?

As the title says. I can make a logical guess of getting a pet to eat most of it, but from what I've tried it still leaves a small amount left.

I suppose you may be able to set the moonlight to hide it, but then your room will be dark.

You use T-bone steaks I believe, and let your pet eat it before its almost completely gone, then you should have invisable pet food :)
