Right, so next weekend I'm gonna be doing a Cocktail Party with about 4/5 of my mates, and I was wondering what Cocktail drinks could, and should I make that taste nice?

if you're making cocktails;

a little bit of vodka
little bit of peach schnapps
cranberry juice
pure orange juice
slice of lime and lots of ice

it's called sex on the beach. perfect for a summery day. or take out the orange juice and lime for a 'woo woo'. then again i haven't tried many cocktails. my friends like margarita's but i personally dont.

This.

Also whiskey hot chocolate - nom nom. Margarita's are rank, so are strawberry daquiri's.

If you want to go all out do a Frozen Ocean cocktail - I love these but it needs to be done properly with crushed ice. Also something with Creme de Menthe is always good but that's just my weird tastes.

make a fishbowl or punchbowl, you can probably find recipes or instructions online, i think theres a popular one called 'shrek'.
on holiday in greece me and my mates hollowed out a watermelon and mixed crap loads of schnapps, vodka, rum etc etc into it, was a great amount of fun.
ALSO we had a drink called a head****** in a bar called the rolling stone, really isn't as bad as it seems. if you and your mates are hardcore then click here (http://www.cocktailmaking.co.uk/displaycocktail.php/3586-Rolling-Stone-Head******)

Half a can of Crest super lager into a pint glass, add two shots of vodka and top up with sparkling perry such as Lambrini or Country Manor. Serve at room temperature because you cba going downstairs to put things in the fridge. Have a straw if you're feeling fancy. Best enjoyed while wearing a vest

sex on the beach is a popular one

vodka (usually smurnoff)
archers / peach schnapps
orange juice
cranberry juice

or my personal favourite is Woo Woo

that is similar but it has:

vodka
archers
cranberry juice

both obv pretty much the same except for the orange.

I hosted a cocktail party not long ago. I served a shot called Chocolate Cake which is a very peculiar one but really impresses guests. There's no chocolate in it, but when you bite the sugared lemon you get a taste of chocolate cake. You'll need:
Citrus Vodka (I used Absolut)
Frangelico Original Hazelnut Liqueur
Sugar coated lemon wedges.

(You'll need to work out how much you need for the amount of guests you have)
Run your shot glasses under a tap and place them in the freezer - they'll come out frosted which is a nice touch.
Add the vodka and liqueur and plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Drain contents into frosted shot glasses - drink the shot, bite the sugared lemon.

I also served a Blue Hawaiian - here's the recipe.
White rum
Blue Curacao (pronounced cure-a-sow)
Pineapple juice
Sweet and sour mix (make this by mixing sugar, lemon juice and water)

Also, Bahama Mama
Recipe:
coconut rum (Malibu will do)
White rum
orange juice
pineapple juice
Grenadine - (a sweet, fruity sort of syrup)

Add pineapple wedges and cherries and/or slices of lemon/lime as garnishes.

I invested in a book about cocktails which is where I found these recipes.
Make sure you get a cocktail shaker!

Hope you have a great time :)

I had a few Blue Lagoons a while back, they were quite nice, and my friend had Fruitingle or something like that, and when we mixed them together it tasted like Skittles :D.

I don't know the recipes I'm afraid, since we didn't think to ask what they were putting in them xP.

A personal fave of mine is a purple rain.

Blue Curacao - just under one shot
Cherry sourz - one shot
Lemonade

These are the measures i use if im making myself a regular sized glass of it, i then fill the glass up to the top with the lemonade.
The amount of lemonade depends on how strong you like it. :)

Whenever I go eat in Thai Square I get a pitcher of Sex In The Jungle. It's so nice, well worth the £19 :)
