Stockholm and its outlying areas.

Basically on my upcoming travels across Scandinavia and Northern Europe i'm spending 5 days in Stockholm. I'm just wondering if anybody's been and what good things there are to do. We've already got 2 days sorted but I am desperate to get out into the countryside on one of the days.

Any tips?

Also if anybody has been to Oslo, Copenhagen or Amsterdam give your tips too!
