What IDE do you use?

What IDE software do you use, and if it supports plugins or themes then what ones do you have installed?

I use Notepad++ with the Monokai theme (image here (http://www.paintbits.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/notepad-plus-Monokai-theme.jpg)) because it was the first one I came across and I find it pretty easy to use. I haven't installed any plugins, but if you could recommend any then that would be great.

On my laptop I use Notepad++ for simple development.

On my development machine I use Aptana Studio 3.
