Rather Rude?

Well I was in My-Trainor's room with him and Scil and basically I reported Mr-Trainor for a little joke about him scamming (which he wasn't) anyway I got a message back saying this:

I find it rather funny that they say speak in proper English when they don't use full stops and capitalise words such as 'Thank'

To me, whether that's rude or not depends on how legible your call for help actually was. I don't 'play' Habbo so I don't really know but after the merge aren't the Mods from all over the World now? If you used slang/babble then maybe they genuinely couldn't understand you because of their own Broken English, which you pointed out. If that was the case then they probably didn't even mean to be patronising.

Dozens of people come on here and moan about how poor their customer support and call for help is; perhaps it would be made a whole lot easier for them if people didn't send them for no reason. Would it have still been a hilarious joke if Luke got banned, or would you be complaining that they should look at things more carefully?..
