How did this happen?

I saw an event '2 dragon thrones 80c' and decided I'd buy them.

I put 4 sacks into the trade and I accepted before him and there were two thrones in the trade. He then accepted (without taking anything out) and I clicked confirm.

However, it said I had one new thing in my inventory meaning I had a new wall item. It turned out this was a V Guitar. Now I have no idea how this happened as I am always cautious when trading, many people said I got quick traded but how could I have done? There was only 1/9 trade box being used and there were two thrones in the trade?

Do you think there is any point contacting Habbo about this?

Contact habbo,
They'll ask you for proof or you'll get an automated message thats what I reckon will happen.,
But you know what its worth a try ,
You've basically been scammed,
But they wont refund you , Maybe go back to the seller?

No point, they'll do nothing. and I know how. There are many new real script tools coming to habbo, nothing majour like free furniture or something, just like a mimic tool, trade tools, etc. I won't mention any names, but i've seen it on youtube and he's selling it! I reported it to habbo, a few days ago and there going to be taking serious action :)

I did catch the persons name, if you search my name 'Kfnx' there is a room where it says this person scams it's not the on beginning with 'L' it's the other one.

I would mention the name but I'd get warned!


So I didn't get quick traded, see I'm not stupid enough to.

However, someone did just buy my V Guitar for 5c, I'm pretty weirded out by that!

It'a things like this that are the Habbo security progammers fault that they don't refund you for that make me reconsider if they (habbo) are scammers or not.

Right, what happens is this:


The Habbo you are trading puts a dragon throne in the trade as the first item.
They then put the v guitar in but it shows up as 2 dragon thrones in the trade instead.
Then after you confirm you get 1 throne, 1 v guitar and out of pocket by about 40c!

This is their fault yet they won't compensate you.
