It's a long story because I'm not good at maknig things shorter, so the bold bits are the key points.

Yeah, basically I like a girl out of my reach again...

I'm going into year 11, she's going into year 13. Anyway, I knew her because her brother is in some of my classes, then we went on a performing arts tour together and coincidentally ended up often in the same places when allowed to go free, so i got to know her. Then we kinda formed this friendship through chocolate (weird I know). But we both like chocolate a lot, and I had chocolate when she really wanted some, so I let her have some and yeah..you get it.

Anyway, last night I was performing in my school talent show and I was really nervous. She was my backing singer so I told her and she gave me some advice and stuff, and then I did it etc etc. I said thanks you were good blah blah. Okay you get it.

Anyway. I don't know what to do. I see her in school and stuff, and I'm considering asking her to sing (duet) with me for the next show, but I have no idea. I should probably just go back and read my other threads, but I guess there's new members who can give some new opinions.

What should I do? Should I tell her that I 'like' her? Or just leave it because of the age difference, and the fact she's pretty popular, and I'm not. (I know age is just a number etc. but lets be honest, at school, it's not.)

Thanks.

Edit: No, it's not the same girl as any previous threads.

This
Also when she's 18 you'll be 16 and she'll wanna get wasted and **** (most likely). So basically, age doesn't matter but the privillages that come with age does.

Ask yourself if you're actually gonna ask her out, whether or not we actually tell you to. Loads of times i used to make these kind of threads, chicken out, and then not do anything.

But if you actually ARE gonna do something, then just go for it. Who gives a damn and if she says no then she says no. She isnt your best friend and you arent always with her so it isnt a massive deal. And as Tara said, girls do sometimes like younger guys, she's been with millions of em.

Possible but not probable

but then again you'll never know unless you try

Go "I really like you and would like to become more than just acquaintances, if you would do me the honor of being my gal, if not, lets just ignore that and grab a bite to eat and ponder over the current situation."

Age is just a number and two years is nothing, go for it. If you don't make her yours somebody else will.

I find this really negative and not a valid point since you haven't said why it "won't end well" clearly you don't know that and either do I. She could really like him too for all we know, he's asking for advice and not just a yes/no! Like others have said it's possible.

Might as well go for it, although a lot of girls do tend to go for older guys, men with cars who can take them to bars and stuff, there is still nothing stopping you!

LOL

You should just go for it, the worst that could happen is her saying no..

I can learn to drive in 7 months due to having the blue badge etc, so that won't be a problem for much longer, but I get what you mean.

And @Nemo - I know I've made these threads before, but I have actually asked at least one of them who I made a thread for.

Anyway, thanks everyone. I reckon I'll go for it...when I next see her.

Some girls like young guys so you can try asking her out. Don't get nervous when you see her. It happens all the time but try to ask her out if you want. :) Just a suggestion
