I know it may be no good, but it is my first attempt of a animated alt, CC :)

Ok, animation that works.
First attempt, pretty simple.
I would personally work on extracting the Habbo from the background, and work on having an animated habbo with no background.
And then edit/add more layers to have your own touch.
Also a border always helps.
It's ok for a first go I guess. :)

It's just print screening an image and putting it together so I don't get why it is posted. I mean test it but when it's as simple as this and in essence a test. Anyway the only real errors are probably habbo as whenever I have been on the dance animation has always been messed up and has for a while. There does seem to be a couple of frames that go too fast though near the end. Also that huge name at the end is horrid, has to be said.

i guess it's ok for a first although the text at the end is ugly :(
sorry had to be said :P
I agree with everyone else, make it more complex next time! And instead of having a big !-BEN-! at the end (which I have to say is incredibly ugly), maybe just have it in the bottom right corner throughout all the frames! :)

You're last frame is a fraction slower than the rest, kind of stands out for me and it looks jerky :/
Nice though, got a border and a continuous name :P
But I don't think you need the practice stages anymore, try something a little harder.

The pause on the first frame is too long.
The 3 frames at the end are a little slow? Unless it's at the beginning blah. Just make sure they're a continuous speed! Now try something more advanced! :)

That quality is horrid. Why not try making something yourself rather then just taking a habbo made animation.
I agree,
try make something that isn't what habbo already has, like dancing and water stuff
and stuff like that
try do erm I dunno
anything that isn't something has like dances and bobbing in the water
orientalframe?

It's alright for a first couple of attempts, but try something a bit more advanced maybe.

(except adding your name) have you actually done anything?
All you have to do is record the screen of someone swimming on habbo.. :S

thats what I was thinking, you have only put a Habbo name in the bottom, can be done on Iaza easy :S
Great for a first attempt!

Sorry, hows it great? He has added some text to a video? Sorry but you need to make it more experianced but its alright for your first shot

I stated for a first attempt - everyone starts somewhere and I gave constructive criticism - he can only learn from this and improve.

True but I dont see whats good about him recording something and then putting text over the top on iaza? Constructive Critisism is its not very good so please try again but something more challanging :)

You should try making your Habbo do some motion with a transparent background. And also be sure that all your frames transition at the same speed.
Braah thats hellah swaggin. You jus gotta put more nipsey to the hussle

It's not iaza, it was achieved in photoshop.
Process of recording, converting and opening frames as layers in photoshop, and then adding a border and text. Might not seem complicated to you, but when you're new to photoshop, it can be quiet tricky. He's still feeling it all out, and messing around. He's learnt how to create a simple animation from a screen recording, maybe not worthy of a thread.
