well, I awoke yesterday morning at 11 and proceeded to be sick 7 times througout the next 4-5 hours. All that came up was bile & I've occasionally felt sick since. Anyway my point is, whats everyone's good ideas about eating/drinking with a sickness bug? I'm coming up to the 34 hour mark & it's known that 36 hours is when symptoms should go away & you start feeling better, but what should I do in the meantime (not just 2 hours, I mean, they say 48 hours is the good time to start feeling much better lol)? All I've eaten since Monday night is a slice of dry toast, which made me feel pretty ill for a couple of hours. My brother said to me earlier, (not knowing how bad I had been) ''I'm going to buy a kebab, want one?'' My eyes lit up and then I realised if I had one, I'd probably see it again lol. So gutted, he never offers me! xD I'm so hungry it's unreal! D: Hahaha, it's quite funny because, everything I wouldn't normally eat, seems so appertising! Earlier I was craving a box of Jaffa cakes xD
thanks!

I'm not even joking, I've said this. But I don't remember having sex :/ or having ovaries.
also I've been so weak, probably from not eating. It took me 45 minutes to have a shower! :(
Does your stomach hurt, well below it?

I only eat dry foods like bread and digestives if I've been sick, anything more and I'll vomit it back up. I also eat digestives and bread when I'm feeling like I'm going to be sick and in most cases (not always) it's worked, though it could be my mind telling me I don't feel like I'm going to vomit because I ate foods that I think will stop me from feeling sick... :)

Only sometimes, it's more like, the actual stomach? xD

I've been craving digestives since this morning? Lmao! I had a slice of toast earlier & felt a bit sick after. I had some Pepto Bismol afterwards & felt much better!

This, digestives are actually the cure to sickness.

I was Ill all of yesterday also, can say luckily i wasnt sick at all - oh the benefits of starving yourself. (for a day anyway).
But sprite, gatorade and Lucozade normally help light foods such as toast also work well.
Just eat in small portions ;p
