Lady Gaga Fans Attack Adele Over VMA Nominations!

I’m pretty sure Lady Gaga would not be pleased that her fans are attacking Adele just because the Brit singer scored more nominations than Gaga!

Adele bagged seven noms for categories such as Video Of The Year, Best Female Video and Best Pop Video for her hit single Rolling In The Deep. Lady Gaga, on the other hand, only scored three nominations which includes the Best Female Video for Born This Way.

Gaga herself is a strong believer of embracing who you really are and that is exactly why it's sad to see Little Monsters making fun of Adele’s weight.

Some of the tweets that would make Gaga cringe include:

“Adele probably ate Lady Gaga’s other nominations”

“Lady Gaga will not be wearing the meat dress at the 2011 VMA’s because she is afraid Adele will eat her”

“I’m so bootyful in my way, cause Arbys make noo mistake, I’ve got the right order, baby I was born this weeeeigghtt”

That is harsh and terrible. Music is supposed to bring people together in a way. I think they are both amazing artists and they deserve any success they get :D

i can't believe MTV would post this article just to build hype for their own awards show, when ruining the rep of "monsters" (i really hate callng them/us that), like all of "us" behave in such an immature manner, and maybe upsetting adele. she would probably see/hear about this and i'm sure it would be quite hurtful to read.

Adele deserves it, the music industry is tough and Adele's unique sound won many people over this year. Her album and song 'Rolling in the Deep' was dominant in the charts this year and what's fair is fair. That's the industry sadly!

I laughed at the first two, gotta admit. I disagree that she was just sat down on the chair. It didn't make up the entire video. there was that weird dancer and plates getting smashed. Don't think it should win but personally I think it makes a change from silly dances with 50 backing dancers.

I thought the rolling in the deep video was pretty creative and artistic in its own way.

Its different to most out there at the moment, but I don't think she deserved 7 nominations that MTV gave her though.

Ah they're both great, Adele's songs can get boring if you listen to them over again, but the video's are good and so are Gaga's so yeah.
