Drop Down Menu Help

Hey I'm working on a site and its a horizontal menu. I want it to drop down with options bertacly when i hover over it. (*like the image here: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd25/DJleon22/Untitled-1.gif )

What menu is this called?
Where can I learn how to do this?
Do you have any code to give me?

Any info on this would be GREAT!!

Its just a dropdown menu, you can find looks by simply googling it, try this one:
