So you expect somebody who has bough vBulletin to let you use it?
And if they do it'll proberly be an illegal fake.
And again, your right, it is a dumb question "/

It is illegal to use it on a different site than what you used it before when you registered it. Why a vB though? IPB are better =/

Its the truth though Vb just have a better reputation because till up until afew months ago they probably had the better forum but the new IPB owns them. People only want Vb's because they think it sounds better to advertise.

Which it's not, IPB 1.3 rivals the current vB while 2.0.x blows them out of the water with a thunderous bang. I don't like vB for it's support neither and how stingy they are.

They just try to make loads of money by selling things at extortionate prices.

Basic Invision's are so easy to use and mod.
I can live my 1.2 as I can get so many mods to make it better than a vB.

Face it, what can you get on vBulletin that you can't on IPB.
I've even seen teh vBulletin skins be changed for IPB. You don't see somebody spending hours and hours in make skins from vBulletin which look like IPB do you? Theres ust no poit in it.
IPB is better than vBulletin and Jelsoft will ever be in my opinion
i find IPB easier to use and less 'Bulky' the skins arent very good either, and you can do alot more things with IPB mod wise, there are alot more mods for ipb forums than VB's

And the staff at Jelsoft and vBulletin are stuck up jerks. I hate them all

Hey,
IPB Beta 2.1 should be coming out now, but what ever, im going to stick with vBulletin. I've got $440 worth of licences, i cant let that go to waste.

Hey,
It did at first, but its all paying off now. I wouldn't switch to IPB anyway, vBulletin have good services.

Ipb 2.0 is superior to VB in every way "/ so i cant think what possibly puts Vb up. Plus compair the packages, VBullten support to ipb, Ipbs is considrably better, 24/7 free phone support isnt a service u see that often, plus u can use the board after the licence exspires, unlike Vbullten "/

Who ever sed 1.3 is better than vbuletin 3.5 must never of used it, i have both ipb and vb im using the 3.5 rc but waiting for the stable 2.1 to be released of ipb, To me they are the same forum they in vb 3.5 you just click a button and u edit ur post change the title and open and unlock a thread the same as ipb most people on here are only saying ipb 1. w/e pwnz all is beacuse they are kissin up to mentor beacuse he sed it
And when people say you carnt get many hacks for vb tat is beacuse they always get a illegal one and carnt get any

I have worked as a Admin on a vBulletin, and I hate it. To use as a user its brilliant, but the AdminCP is awful - unlike the IPB 2.0.4. Personally, I don't think IPB 1.3 and below. They are easy to use sure, but they will never rival vBulletin. IPB 2.0.4 does blast vBulletin out of the water though

Hey,
Well for me, its vBulletin. I never need to use the phone, as i get responces on my tickets
within 20 mins. The hacks, there are more than i need. Atleast 100,000 hacks.

i seriosly doubt the 100 000 hacks, as i cant actaly think of 100 000 things u could possible need hacked in to the forum, unless vb has considrably more flaws than im aware of.
And to those who say the 1.3 cant rival, im hopeing to show with enogh mods and hacks thats aint true, i already nearly have every feture from the 2.0 that im wanting, and what im missing im writing myself :D
Vb i dont like since of its complty lack of a solid warning system, wich is why most large boards tend to go for ipbs, since on a massive board somthing like a VB would make it nearly immposible to succefuly moderate "/, wich is one thing i dont like about them, wich is they go more for flashy fetures, that arent realy that useful, over the top of much needed gaps in the functalty, aka they have the dubble click editing, true it looks flashy, but it isnt realy partyicaly useful "/

Hey,
Searching for 1 min on vBulletin.org, i've found a warning system exacly like IPB's. I've also found one more advanced than IPB by a mile.
