I don't like it when a persons personality changes when they are in management. There's no point putting on a false representation of yourself, especially online - it's sad. Just be yourself :)

He also brought up some important issues with GM which I hope to see taken into account in the very near future. I'm slightly disappointed that it ended like this, but I just hope to God that GM take some things into consideration.

He never deserved to be help desk manager, he chose to leave, he can't just come back once university is over for the summer and expect to reprise his role (or a management role) with a click of the fingers and then quit again as soon as hes back to uni, it's unfair on the staff who put in the effort to just get overlooked.

It's not always as easy to promote the next in line because if you get a crap manager you're in a bad situation :)

I'm sure there was someone competent enough in the group that could of managed it. Obviously you weren't the right choice for it in the first place otherwise you wouldn't of been fired. Management need to train up staff and get them ready for higher positions rather than recycling the same old staff otherwise were going to be in trouble when the current management outgrow Habbox. I don't know StripedTiger, But she or someone else should have been given a chance to prove themselves before resorting to looking elsewhere.

And if - for example - you worked in a hotel and walked around in a public area infront of guests calling it crap, you'd obviously be told off. In all honesty, I think you're an arrogant, stubborn ****, who doesn't like it when he doesn't get his own way, and this is just a general observation of you in 2 days. Obviously I've been told of previous, but I blanked all that out and gave you a chance to show yourself, which you have done.

Yes, you have given Matt some good ideas on how to improve etc, shame your 'behaviour' couldn't match it.

For what it's worth, I don't believe any member of staff has the right to walk into their old role, they should all go through the trial period, like every other ******. It's unfair and biased, people don't get to show their skills. People actually excel an want to impress if they gain a promotion - this is the same on here, and in the real world.

This has clearly spewed into more than just a simple good bye thread. Oli was brought back as HxHD manager with good intentions. It is extremely unfortunate that he's decided to pull a stunt like he has and let us down the next day. His reckless actions are of his own decision and cannot be altered now so there's no sense disputing this any further.
