They said the 17th of August on in their Facebook group page
"Nasty Nick and Grace Dent believe that the 17th of August is launch day. It's very likely that Celebrity Big Brother will return on this date, however it's yet to be confirmed."

Its on channel 5 because the owner, Richard Desmond, really wanted it or something.
