Pretty cool game. I was going to do some commentary, but it was getting late and I'm not too confident just yet :P
It was 1200 MSP from the XBLA.

Anyway, the game is a sandbox-based God-game. Think of Age of Empires meets Sim City terraforming. From what I can tell, and you'll be able to watch in the video, the story of the game is to help the tribe build villages and protect them from disasters - such as volcanic eruptions and tsunamis.
I haven't got that far into the game yet, so I'm still a bit rusty.

Here's just a 23min snippet of me testing it out and forgetting what to do.

Don't know how many people are actually interested, but here's part 2.

I had been waiting for this game all year, got it on Wednesday and beat it on Thursday, the story mode is far too short but it makes up for it by giving you a kind of free play level and the challenge mode has a lot of levels, although you only spend a couple of minutes on most of them, it's one of the best XBLA arcade games out though.

Apparently, if they get enough sales - there will be an open sandbox mode, and MP.

I'm glad i came across this thread, games like this really interest me. Seems a bit like 'Black and White' mixed with 'Age of Empires' and a little bit of 'Spore' thrown in there.

I'm on Mac but i may load it up on my Parallels desktop.

The final level is kind of a sandbox mode if you don't finish the objective, if by level editor that means it'll add a way to create new missions or something then that'd be pretty cool, I think multiplayer would be pretty sweet as well.
