I don't hate buying anything anymore. I used to be terrified of buying sanitary products, until the time I brought some and the cashier in Boots was too busy talking to her friend on the other till to care what I was buying. I'm fine buying them now but I always shove the carrier bag into my own bag because it's practically see-through so everyone can see when I leave the shop! :P

Because I like to be served by a human being rather than a machine, I like to think also that if enough of us refused to use them then large chain stores would stop replacing staff with these machines.
