Indeed i have, i would class it as a hint due to the fact those numberswill only appear if the there is such a level is that skill.

However jagex has stated they intend on keeping dungeoneering as the only 120

I can safely tell you that more than half of runescape's existing players would leave if the skills cap indeed go up to 120.
