Mixed That Up In PS, I alted the icecream since it was the green one.Added some shading to it also added the effect of my feet underwater.
Last but not least I made the text.

The ice cream doesn't have a hand around it, the water looks more like it is on his foot rather then his foot being in water as it should go round in a circular shape rather the the trianglish shape you done. Also is that yellow bit the text? It looks like 2 S's. It's far too fat. I realise you're most likely new to doing graphics, therefore use what I just said.

Nice alt. I agree with the above though, the way you've done it makes it look like the water is covering the top of the feet. :P

I'm loving this! As for the water problem surely you could just cover the little bit at the back of the foot.

For the icecream blame habbo imagr i just did some tweaks to make it look like icecream, also I see what I did wrong with the water. And infact they're two s's SenSable...
