Sand Dragon going up.

The sand dragon has been able to be tradable
if people haven't noticed or knew. I have one.
& Price has been going up the highest I've seen it as
was at 50c. High but this guy was selling multiples and
people bought them for 50c. Yeah, I was in the room
stalking xD No really though.

My QUESTION IS: Do you think, the sand dragon
will keep rising price in an few weeks or no?

I was going to post a thread about this :P. I bought 8 yesterday and sold them on quite quickly, and for one of them I even got 55c. I don't think they will remain at this high price for long, and could go down a bit in a few weeks time. They might then be stable at around 20c, like the Balizzard Dragon.

At the moment it is high because of the idea of limited supply per person and that people can trade it on, because it is in the catalogue, the prices are based on the value of shells, when it is removed, only the people who want to use it as Furni will buy it off most of the dealers, so it will more than likely, come crashing down. Values are hard to predict these days anyway!

I bought a sea throne just because I reckon they will become rare as no one wants them and they probably won't be rereleased. I will buy the sand dragon though when I have enough shells :D

Give it about a month or two, the prices will skyrocket. Once they're out of the catalog, they probably wont be out for another year or so.

I had 25c, and brought a dragon. Sold for 30c, 5c profit.
Brought another one for 25c and sold for 35c, 10c profit.
Brought another one for 25c and sold for 30c, 5c profit.

= 20c profit altogether :)

The rares that have been sold in the past have been the beanstalk, the dragon throne, the iron maidens and the crystal patch and now the sand dragon (add more if you can remember) and many people bought for a badge.

If you look at the prices for each of them now, (I haven't been on in a couple of days as I'm away but) the beanstalk and the crystal patch haven't done well at all I remember them selling for 5c (crystal) and 7-8c (beanstalk) and also the Iron Maidens used to be about 14-15c and now settle about 7-10c. The dragon throne went up to about 50c with the scam and now struggle getting 30 if I'm not mistaken. They all had the extra badge, now, with the sand dragon there is no badge but people have been using their shells to buy them to gain profit elsewhere.

I remember buying two yesterday to sell to a friend for fourty creds per, and he said 'you wouldn't be mad if I told you something would you?' I replied 'you're selling them to someone for about 50c aren't you' he said yes so at the moment they are on 35-50c, now, I'm not sure if this will continue as many people might try get as many shells as possible to get the rare which may make them less valuable. Therefore as many said they could be worth about 20c a while after they are out of the catalog.

I was like if she gets one, i'm pretty bummed out I even sold my dragon.
But I don't think she got one. But yeah, if those dragons ever go that high

The thing is, the stuff available in the Shell Store is crap. There are hardly any decent items that are worth it, so what people are doing is, cashing in on the shells because they have no use for them. If I didn't need to use the shells, I would buy a Sand Dragon and make like 20c from them.

The thing is, so many people are doing this (especially now it's becoming obvious that you can sell at a high price) and the concentration in the hotel is so much that they aren't really rare. You can find them all over the hotel. That's why I chose to go with the sea throne as I havn't seen many and they aren't too bad. I may buy a sand dragon though just to be safe.
